Probably the best fish and chips i had in such a long time. My parents are visiting UK and asked to eat Fish and Chips. This was the shop nearest to our home. The portion sizes are huge!!! Large chips us enough for 3 people. Cod was delicious and very light despite bring fried right there. I surely will be returning again. The gentleman serving at the counter is very kind.
Feel really safe eating from this place during COVID-19. Amazing fish&chips! I definitely recommend it to everyone! Cheap price for the portion you get!

Lovely food, treated myself to fish and chips, cooked to perfection, very enjoyable. Exellent customer service, Sid brought my order to my table on a silver tray and both members of staff were very polite and personable. I really like this place, highly recommend. They are a vital part of the community and look after people very well. Impressed with their work and soul ethics.
My husband bought an extra large lamb doner and chips around 6pm today. The best ever we have tasted in 20 years buying from them. The Lady was very attentive and took a great care packing the food. The Doner pieces were a good size slices and juicy. Chips were to die for. A great improvement. Keep it up. Thank you.
Popped in for my lunch break at work couldn’t have gone with a better choice on Herbert road. Although the only fish and chips unless you choose to go into Woolwich, it speaks a testament as to why! The portion sizes are great for what you pay for, if not MORE than what you pay for. I ordered a small cod and look at the size of that thing! I could not finish it in one sitting lol same goes for the chips; I ordered a small and still couldn’t finish the portion. I did ask for tartare sauce which they did not have but recommended their garlic sauce which was the PERFECT accompaniment. The guys working were friendly. You will not be disappointed... :)
